With use of the information of satellites NOAA and MODIS the constant control of a thermal mode is made Water areas of Ladoga lake and the river Neva - gulf of Finland. Trajectories of distribution of the weighed impurity are estimated, joint processing and the analysis of data of remote sounding and contact measurements on water area of water objects is carried out.
